TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern membership, participation, and use of services provided by Davie/Cooper City Republican Club (“the Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By joining the Club, paying membership dues, participating in Club activities, or using any Club-provided platforms or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership Eligibility and Participation

Membership in the Club is open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements established by the Club. Membership is granted at the discretion of the Club and may be revoked at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct deemed detrimental to the Club.

Membership does not confer any ownership interest, voting rights, or guaranteed benefits unless expressly stated by the Club.

2. Membership Dues and Payments

Membership may require the payment of recurring or one-time dues. By submitting payment, you authorize the Club to charge the applicable membership fees using the payment method you provide.

Membership dues are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Club. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in suspension or termination of membership.

3. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time in accordance with the Club’s stated cancellation process. Upon cancellation, access to member-only benefits, platforms, or communities may be removed.

The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that negatively impacts the Club or its members.

4. Member Conduct

Members agree to conduct themselves in a respectful, lawful, and responsible manner when interacting with the Club, its members, and its representatives.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

- Harassment, abuse, or discrimination

- Disruptive or harmful behavior

- Misuse of Club platforms or communications

- Violation of applicable laws or regulations

The Club reserves the right to moderate content, restrict access, or take appropriate action to maintain a safe and productive environment.

5. Communications

By becoming a member, you consent to receive communications from the Club related to membership, events, updates, and administrative matters. You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time; however, certain operational messages may still be sent as necessary for membership administration.

6. Events and Activities

Participation in Club events and activities is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. The Club is not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, or expenses incurred as a result of participation in any event or activity.

Members are responsible for their own safety and compliance with applicable laws during Club events.

7. Use of Club Platforms and Communities

The Club may provide access to online platforms, communities, or communication tools for member engagement. Access to these platforms is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked at the Club’s discretion.

Members may not post unlawful, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate content. The Club reserves the right to remove content and restrict access to maintain community standards.

8. No Professional or Legal Advice

The Club does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Any information shared by the Club or its members is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Club provides its services and activities on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Club makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding membership benefits, events, communications, or platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to membership, participation, events, communications, or use of Club platforms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of FL, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Club may update these Terms from time to time. Continued membership or participation following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
